Hands down the best authentic Peruvian Leche de Tigre ceviche I've had. Excellent service and fairly priced because the bowl was packed with fish. Come see for yourselves!

The food was great! I had the Ceviche de Pescado and I am very picky with ceviche and it was amazing. Loved the service, would 100% recommend, very genuine Peruvian food.

I honestly can’t recommend this place more, I had been looking for a good peruvian place in Orlando and I was about to give up but so glad I didn’t, because I found the best one so far. The food was amazing, well cooked and with the right spicy amount, the drinks fresh made and the staff so friendly. If you are looking to have some peruvian taste THIS IS YOUR PLACE.

As a Peruvian native I can honestly say this food truck is the real deal! We ordered the chicha morada and anticuchos and both were 10/10! The pieces of meat were thick and tender and the chicha was homemade and fresh, it was enormous!. Everything was delicious, this food truck serves 100% authentic Peruvian food!

I recently dined at Bien Taypa and it was an incredible experience. I tried several dishes, including the ceviche, which was fresh and bursting with flavor, the anticuchos, which were thick and tender (they ask you how you like your meat cooked in case you like well-done), and the lomo saltado, which was cooked to perfection and also very flavorful. I highly recommend checking out Bien Taypa for anyone looking to explore delicious Peruvian cuisine at an affordable price with generous portions. I will definitely return next time I find myself in Orlando.

Very authentic Peruvian food. That's the opinion of an actual Peruvian and a guy who eats a lot of Peruvian food. Great arroz chaufa, anticuchos, and arroz con mariscos. The portion sizes were bien taypa and generous with the proteins. Service was fast and friendly. Remember it's a food truck so you're outside eating at a table with an umbrella. Great place to eat with the whole family because there's so many close by places to eat for everyone to get what they want. Don't miss this place if you're truly a lover of Peruvian cuisine. I've been here a few times and I've never been disappointed.
